constitute any commercial or for-profit use. For Bell trademark
information, see
Bell.com The files available for download can be
used for historical uses, such as a reference on encyclopedia web sites,
university research web sites. These logos were specially re-created from
the original masters that AT&T established throughout the 1970's and adhere to
the strict quality requirements outlined by AT&T. There are three file
formats available for download. Adobe Illustrator(.eps), Adobe
Photoshop(.psd), and (.gif). These logos should not be altered or changed
in any way without prior permission. Please do not alter the color of
these logos. However, if you require a particular logo to be larger
or smaller, use the Adobe Illustrator(.eps) program, using the "Transform"
and then "Scale" option. Adobe Illustrator is the program that was
used to originally re-create these logos and is the only program that
should be used to change the scale of a logo. in Adobe Illustrator,
you then can export your re-sized logo as Adobe Photoshop(.psd), or save
for web, which will allow you to save it as a .gif or .svg file, which is
used only for web sites. The Adobe Photoshop(.psd) and Adobe Illustrator(.eps)
files are more commonly used if you want to take the logos to print, i.e.
tee shirts, stationery. The .eps and .psd offer the best resolution
and clarity for this purpose. Never use the .gif .svg .bmp or .jpeg
for printing. These formats are not meant to be used to print,
and will result in less than favorable results compared to the .psd and .eps
formats.
